My husband and I were fortunate enough to choose (by chance) the Minerva Hotel for a week stay in September to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay, which was made so extra special by all the staff and their friendly attitude. Even two months later were are still recalling some very special memories and we know that we will do so for many years to come. Our only regret is that we did not book for a longer stay! The views fron the terrace are to die for! During our stay we found the food to be excellent and were very impressed with the choice of menu. We also had some excellent wines and it is this that I should like some assistance with. Our stay was from 21st - 25th September during which time we had a wonderful sparkling rose wine from the wine list. It was truly memorable!

We have had 3 wonderful holidays at the Minerva and cannot wait to return again soon for our 4th. We could not think of anywhere else we would rather be!
